Solo Starter Session

$59 per single session

Helpful answers before you book

Do I need previous training experience?

No. Plans are designed to suit beginners alongside experienced participants. Coaches will guide the right pace for you on day one.

What should I wear to a session?

Comfortable activewear and clean trainers are perfect. The studio provides all equipment for the session.

Can I switch between plans later?

Yes. Many participants begin with a Solo Starter session and then move to a Group Pass or the Quarterly Plan when they feel ready.
