For newcomers or anyone refining the basics.

Movement Flow

A flowing mix of strength and mobility work.

Strength Builder

Slightly heavier work for steady regulars.

  • Progressive load tracking
  • Small-group programming
  • Coach check-ins each round

Before you book your slot

How early should I arrive?

Aim to arrive about ten minutes before the start so you have time to change and get settled.

Can I move my booking?

Yes, please contact us at least twelve hours before the session and we will help you reschedule.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just a refillable water bottle and a small towel. The studio provides all training equipment.
